What is the difference between hosting and a care plan?
Hosting is the server your site runs on — you keep WordPress updated yourself. A care plan is the same hosting plus the ongoing work: updates tested on staging, uptime monitoring, malware cleanup, and real content edits each month. If nobody at your company is currently updating plugins, you want a care plan.
Do I need to move my domain to you?
No. Keep your domain wherever it is registered and point its nameservers at ours — we send you the exact two lines to paste, and we will do it for you if you would rather not touch it.
What happens to my site during migration?
Nothing visible. We copy everything across, test it on our servers while your live site keeps running, and only switch DNS once you have checked it and said go.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time. If it is not what you wanted, we refund you in full within 30 days, no questions asked.
Why did the Unlimited plan become the Agency plan?
Because we could not honestly guarantee unlimited. Storage on any shared platform has a fair-use limit underneath it somewhere, and reselling a promise we do not control is how customers get a nasty surprise. Agency gives you 25 sites and 250 GB — more than anyone on this plan has ever used — with a real number attached. Same price.
What counts as a website?
One domain and everything under it, including subdomains. A staging copy of your own site does not count as a second website.
Can I still use cPanel?
Yes. Every plan includes full cPanel access, one click from your dashboard with no second password to remember. File manager, databases, email, cron, SSH — all of it.
What do the edit allowances actually cover?
Real content work by a real designer: swapping copy, updating images, adding a page section, fixing a broken layout. Unused minutes do not roll over, and anything larger we quote before starting.
