How it goes

Four steps, and three of them are ours.

Most migrations are done inside one working day. Larger sites and anything with a lot of mail can take longer, and we will tell you up front if yours is one of those.

    Send us your logins

    Your current host's control panel details and the domain you want moved. If you are not sure what we need, forward us the welcome email your host sent you and we will work it out.

  2. 02

    We copy everything across

    Files, databases, mailboxes, cron jobs and DNS records. Your live site keeps serving traffic the entire time — nothing about your current setup changes yet.

  3. 03

    You test it on our servers

    We send you a preview link running on our infrastructure. Click through it, check the forms, check the email. Take as long as you need.

  4. 04

    We switch the DNS

    Only once you say go. We lower the TTL first so the change propagates quickly, and we keep your old copy for 30 days afterwards just in case.

What comes with you

All of it, not just the files.

Half-finished migrations are how people end up with a working site and a broken contact form. We move the whole account.

One thing we will tell you honestly: if your current host is genuinely fine and moving would not improve anything, we will say so. We would rather lose the sale than move a site that did not need moving.
