Updates, tested before they ship
WordPress core, plugins and themes updated on a schedule — applied to your staging copy first, checked, then pushed live. If an update breaks something, we roll it back and tell you.
Monitored every minute
External checks from multiple locations every 60 seconds. If your site goes down we know before you do, and we are already looking at it before you have finished typing the email.
Malware found and removed
Imunify360 scans the whole account continuously. If something does get through, cleanup is included — not a separate emergency invoice at the worst possible moment.
Backups you can actually use
Nightly, kept 30 days, plus an independent off-site copy we hold ourselves. Restores are on request and free, whether you need the whole site or one file you overwrote.
Real edits, by a designer
Care includes 30 minutes a month, Care Pro includes two hours. Swap copy, update images, add a section, fix a layout that broke. Real work by the people who build sites for a living.
A report that says something
Monthly: uptime, load times, what we updated, what we blocked, and anything we think you should know about. One page, in plain language, no vanity charts.
Why it is worth it
The alternative is finding out the hard way.
Most small business sites are not attacked because someone targeted them. They are attacked because a plugin went unpatched for eight months and a bot found it.
The clean-up costs more than the care plan does, takes a week, and happens at the worst possible time. Meanwhile the site is flagged in search results and your email starts bouncing.
